bas8 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the bas8 platform. This document forms the basis of the legal agreement between you and bas8.

Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and log out after ending a session on a shared device. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
3.3 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts from the same person, household, device or IP address, bas8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit their balances.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bas8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
Deposited funds must be sent from your own account only. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be reversed.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawing.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for deposits (where applicable).
- Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
- A specific time limit may apply for completing the bonus wagering requirement.
- Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program
bas8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier, starting from Bronze and going up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Regular and active play must be maintained to advance to higher tiers.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If bas8 determines that a member is abusing bonuses or exploiting the system strategically, bas8 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and suspend the account.
Fair Play and Security
6.1 Fair Play Policy
bas8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcomes of all games on our platform are determined by neutral technology. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
If a user is found to be involved in any of the following activities, their account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities may be notified:
- Using fraudulent software or bots.
- Exploiting technical errors or glitches.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Interfering with other members' gaming experience.
- Operating an account using a false identity.
6.3 SSL Encryption and Data Security

Content and Intellectual Property

Account Closure and Termination of Service
11.1 Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closing your account, ensure that all active bets have been settled and any available balance has been withdrawn.

bas8 may close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- A material breach of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud or dishonesty.
- Failure to verify age.

General Provisions
13.1 Severability of Terms
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and bas8. Any previous oral or written understandings are superseded by these Terms.
